Hey beautiful souls — it’s me, Coach Glenda, and today we’re diving into something that every woman at some point has asked herself:
“How do I find true love?”

Here’s the truth — real love doesn’t begin with someone else. It begins within you. The journey to finding true love inside is one of healing, rediscovery, and rising — step by step — through your own RESET, RECONNECT, and RISE process.

Because before you can love anyone fully, you’ve got to come home to yourself.

When I first began this journey, I thought love was about being chosen — about someone finally seeing my worth. But through the RISE AGAIN WOMAN process, I discovered something powerful: when you see yourself, love becomes a reflection, not a rescue.

Let’s walk through the five practical tips that will help you find true love inside — the kind that attracts healthy relationships, renewed confidence, and emotional peace.

 1. RESET – Heal What’s Been Blocking Love

Before love can grow, your heart must reset. This means acknowledging your past pain — not reliving it but learning from it.
Try this: write a short “Release Letter” to your past self. Let her know you see her, forgive her, and thank her for surviving.
That’s your first act of inner love — release and reset.

 2. RECONNECT – Fall in Love with Who You Are

Take time to reconnect with the woman you’ve become. You’ve changed — and that’s beautiful.
Do daily self-check-ins:

  • What makes me feel most alive today?
  • What am I proud of?
  • How can I nurture myself in this moment?

This phase is about getting emotionally honest and reconnecting with your needs, boundaries, and desires.

 3. RISE – Live Like You Are Loved

Once you’ve reset and reconnected, it’s time to RISE.
This is where you practice self-love daily — in how you speak to yourself, how you set boundaries, and how you move through your world.
Wear that confidence like your crown, not your armor. You’ve earned it.

 4. Build Emotional Awareness

True love begins with understanding your emotional landscape.
When you know what triggers you, what soothes you, and what you value — you begin to attract relationships that align with your truth.
